Privacy policy
I’m Aradhana Sharma, and I run NutriZoe by myself. This page explains what data this site collects when you visit, and how advertising on it works. If anything here is unclear, email me and I’ll explain it in plain language or fix the page.
What this site collects automatically
Like most websites, NutriZoe’s hosting logs basic visit data: IP address, browser type, referring page, and time of visit. This is standard server-level logging, not something I built myself, and it isn’t linked to your name or identity. I use it only to see which pages are getting read and to catch technical problems.
Cookies and advertising
This site uses cookies for two things: remembering basic preferences, such as whether you’ve dismissed a notice, and serving ads through Google AdSense and its partner network. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. You can see and control this directly:
- Turn off personalised advertising for your Google account at Google’s Ad Settings
- Opt out of interest-based ads from multiple ad networks at once through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page
- Block or delete cookies entirely through your own browser’s settings
I don’t choose the specific ads Google’s network serves on any given page, and I don’t have access to the cookies Google and its partners set. Google’s own policy on this is at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Third-party advertising
Ads on this site are served through Google AdSense. Google and its partner networks may use cookies, web beacons and similar technology to measure ad performance and personalise what you see. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies, not mine. Google’s privacy policy is the place to read the details of how that works on their end.
Children’s privacy
This site isn’t directed at children, and I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me personal information directly, for example by email, tell me and I’ll delete it.
What I don’t do with your data
I don’t sell or share your data with anyone beyond the ad and hosting infrastructure described above. Anything you send me by email is used only to answer you or fix the post you’re writing about, per the editorial policy.
Changes to this policy
If I change how this site handles data or advertising, I’ll update this page and change the date below. I don’t backdate changes or edit this quietly.
Questions about this policy go to the same place everything else does: the contact page. Last updated 17 September 2026.
