These are the terms for using NutriZoe (nutrizoe.in). I’m Aradhana Sharma, I run this site alone, and by reading past this page you’re agreeing to what’s below. If you don’t agree, the simplest thing is not to use the site.

The content is mine

I write everything on this site myself. Unless I say otherwise, the text, structure and original figures-in-context on nutrizoe.in are mine, and you shouldn’t republish, resell or pass off a page here as your own work. You’re welcome to quote a short passage with a link back and credit, the way fair use allows.

What this site is, and isn’t

NutriZoe is general information and education about US tax and retirement topics for Indians living in America, as the disclaimer explains in full. It isn’t personalised financial, tax or legal advice, and I’m not your advisor, CPA or attorney by virtue of you reading a page here.

Accuracy

I source every figure that carries legal or financial weight to a primary document, on the date I write or update the post, as described in the editorial policy. Rules and numbers change. If something here is out of date, tell me through the contact page and I’ll fix it and note the correction.

Links to other sites

I link out to primary sources like IRS.gov, FinCEN and the SSA, and occasionally to other useful pages. I don’t control those sites and I’m not responsible for what’s on them or what happens if you use them.

No warranty

Everything on this site is provided as-is. I make a genuine effort to get it right, but I don’t warrant that any page is complete, current or error-free, and I’m not liable for a decision you make based on something you read here. That’s exactly why the disclaimer and editorial policy exist, and why I’d rather you take a real decision to a licensed professional.

Changes

I can update these terms as the site changes. The version that applies is whatever’s published on this page at the time.

One official site

nutrizoe.in is the only site I run under this name. I’m not responsible for any other site using a similar name.
